Yes. Infact I always kiss hello and goodbye when I'm greeting my best friends (male and female) and family, including when we're out in public. And I find it so romantic that my parents still walk hand in hand down the street!

I AGREE why not if you love some it shouldnt matter where you are at when kiss them hold them hug them its all about the why your feeling.

So so, u can hold hands in the public places but kissing is hard-discussing issue. Personality I think it's not tasteful to kiss on the street. U can give someone one innocent kiss, it's adorable but nothing more! The most incredible situation is when old couple still hold hands and lough together. U can see the real meaning of loVe in them ;)
