How did the serpent in the Garden of Eden approach Eve?

In Gen 3:1 The serpent started talking to Eve. How did he get to Eve, crawl, walk or was he just there. In Gen 3:14 God curses the serpent "On your belly you shall go and you shall eat dust. Does this mean that the serpent was not originally on his belly? Did he walk to Eve or fly to Eve?

The entire account of the confrontation with Eve and the Serpent is misunderstood. It helps if you read between the lines. Using an exhaustive concordance helps but anyway, here is what really happened in the Garden of Eden.

The bible says that the Serpent was "more subtil than any beast", that word subtil actually means shrewd, and in one concordance it translates it to mean "having a knowledge of the true principles of life." So, as he approached Eve on two legs, maybe looking something like a giant (remember the bible makes mention of giants, who were the nephelim?) Well, I am sure that this serpent was responsible for those giants.

But that is a long answer that usually shocks people. The question that requires the answer is always thought of as an apple but, like I said, never mind, it should maybe an exegisis.

Also, keep in mind the curse that was pronounced on the serpent after and why it was a serpent that Moses raised in the desert for healing. And the law that says, cursed is he who hangs upon a tree.

Many many awesome mysteries and connections.
