Does harmonious family life help to decrease the level of depression and mental illneses?
in adults and children alike? From the recent discovery of the eldest found skeleton of likely human ancestor the scientists discovered that our social behaviour, our social system found in no other primates such as abandonment of fighting with other males for attention of females and pair-bonding, staying together, sharing food and looking together after offsprings help us to evolve in the first place. Is still monogamous life and pair bonding for life important for us?

Most definitely yes. The best researched examples can be found in the literature regarding Schizophrenic patients and recidivism, but there is also much literature indicating positive family relations as being one of the central grounding and resiliency promoting factors in a child's life. -and in the opposite case, family related stress is one of the most commonly cited stressors and significantly increases the likelihood of emotional difficulties.

indeed it does, it is the opposite of what you are exposed as well as used to. Naturally it is suppose to change your attitude as well as mind set, but that can only happen if that is what you Want as well as need for your life!

Of course! The environment you surround yourself in is what helps to make you or break you!

Undoubtedly and unequivocally, yes. Without compassion, care, love we're empty shells. Hallow husks of flesh and bone, if you like. A harmonious and welcoming atmosphere gives us power in various forms.
1. It strengthens our immune system and our body - if you happy, you are less susceptible to various diseases, especially aging and heart diseases
2. It strengthens our mind - if you are happy, your mind is clear, it is stable, it is stronger. People, like other beings, learn to do things by rewards, having a family gives a person reason to live, reason to fight and more important of all, it gives said person LIFE
3. It softens the character and brings wisdom into our life - every person is born without any hardship and negativity, those sentiments, feelings if you like, are gained over time, through bad experiences. Having love in ones life, helps us dilute those bad memories and set those feelings aside. Love actually makes you a better person and teaches you the value of freedom, the knowledge of wisdom and in one way or another, the meaning of life, well part of it at least.
So in order to answer your question, yes. Monogamous life is very important to us, it is the only thing that will help us go to the next step.

I think another question would be harmonious for which members of the family. Some may be nurtured and secure at the expense of others. For example, a male breadwinner may be quietly crushed by the day to day stress of holding down a job in a time of recession, yet continue to supply emotional support to the rest of the family. Carers' may have their physical and mental health broken whilst supplying all that is needed for the cared for. As for monogomy, it works fine when the life expectancy of those who practice it is short. I would have thought that in the 21st century, serial monogomy is more common; the practice of divorce in order to remarry the person you've been having an affair with.
