The Best type of Fish to eat.
I was reading an article recently about a man who only ate fish and ended up having a lot of Mercury in his system. He thought he was eating healthily by avoiding meat. What’s the best type of fish to eat and which ones should we avoid?

That is a tough one since even very strict vegans have been known to have high levels of Mercury.
There are actually a good number to choose from that are considered low in Mercury. Cod, Halibut, Tuna, Salmon (wild is best), Trout, Catfish, and King Crab just to name a few. Orange Roughy was a favorite of mine till I read that it was high in Mercury.
