Would someone write a hub about how to create a website with frames using Microsoft Word?
I used to know this but I've forgotten and many for-profit webmasters seem to be blocking access to this information. I've been wanting to open up an account on Angelfire, but without frames, the website looks extremely cheesy and unprofessional. So if you have experience using the uploaders for Angelfire, please keep that in mind when answering this question that has me stumped. Thanks!

Can I ask why you're wanting to use Angelfire - and why you want to use frames?
It's a very archaic way of doing things - and quite "wrong" really.
If you can say what you are trying to achieve and why, maybe somebody can suggest a better/slicker way of achieving your objective.
Frames don't index well.
There are better free hosts than Angelfire.
... and I hope you aren't trying to blackhat :O

As a website developper I would strongely recommend not to use
"Microsoft Word" for anything in the web. It is not made for that.
If you are not familiar with html and css, a blog, with a little modification will also do the job. As blogsoftware I can recommend wordpress (although it should not be misunderstand as a Content-Management-System). It is anyway flexible enough to create a blog, looking like a website, if you don't have a too exact concept of it.
Frames are not only archaic but wrong, like "earner" says! It belonged to, let's say, to a "former version" of the web and should not used anymore, except for example, if necessary in the form of i-frames.
A layout with frames - horrible this won't work!
There are many free webhosters - some are adding comercials, others not. Example: http://www.pytal.de/
Try to search with the term "free webhosting"

Number one, I don't know what blackhatting is as I've never heard the term before, and number two, I don't have much money to spend on creating a website. I do have a website at weebly, which is nice as long as I don't want to put up a video or an audio recording as the site requires a 30-dollar something subscription to the pro account in order to load anything about 5 MB's. I have no intention of doing away with weebly, but I have other website interests I'd like to pursue with more artistic creativity. I simply forgot the html code needed to create a page with frames. I've used Angelfire before in the past, so it doesn't seem that archaic to me as I'm only 25 and began using Angelfire for various purposes from age 15 on.
I don't think archaic necessarily = the wrongness of something. It's a preference. If I decide to type an article completely in old english, the spell checker would hammer me even though it is an authentic but not modern method of literary expression. It doesn't mean Old English is wrong, it just means that it's a style not many people express themselves in anymore.
