Are you concerned about communists in our government?

Is communism dead and irrelevant?

You gotta be kidding!

Comment to HubPages Re: "Your answer is too short. Please make it longer." There is much to be said for brevity. Your demand to make my answer serves no necessary or useful purpose, in my opinion. "You gotta be kidding!" is all I have to say about the ridiculous Joe McCarthyesque question.

A Joe McCarthy wan-to-be. Time to get a new life, one without fear. I hope you find it.

Sorry Smireles, but Deeds is correct on this one. The topic itself merits a bit more substance. My goodness, some of us came here with hardy appetites and you offer us finger-food?

Communism should be the least of your concerns anyway; Fascism in fact, should scare you more. The very notion that Goldman Sachs sold billions in mortgage securities secretly leveraging themselves snugly against their very own customers proves that there is no honor among thieves. If they had to sell their own mothers even, some banksters would do it - And some actually have! I could tell you stories. The collusion between this bank in particular and the White house is all too obvious with likes of Tiny Tim & Henry Paulson before him. This unholy alliance is what's known as FASCISM. So, Obama is not a socialist nor is he a communist. Got it!? (Not that I support him - I don't!)

Here's something else for you guys to chew on:

Our President has surrounded himself with advisors of questionable backgrounds and leanings. We all have a right to be concerned and Congress should look into this situation and get to the bottom of it.

This question was asked in an honest attempt to get a feel for how people really think about this topic. Resorting to name calling is futile and ridiculous! I thought we were all adults here. None of you know me well enough to know whether or not I live in fear. Just to be clear, McCarthy accused anyone he disliked or saw as a threat. I have accused no one. I am asking if anyone is concerned about individuals who openly admit to being a communist taking a leadership role in our government? That is all!

Don't worry about the previous answer. Hub rules won't let me say what I want to. The question should be; How many are in the White House that aren't communists?

Communism is alive, if the people allow it.

You can vote each answer up or down to show your support or disapproval. You cannot flag an answer, but if an answer receives enough down votes compared to up votes, then it will become hidden.
