i think the most dangerous would be the risk of the baby having a bowel movement in utero which could result in death or serious injury for the child. also breach birth is a risk (baby being born feet first), also risk of the umbilical cord getting wrapped around limbs or neck, and the umbilical cord becoming brittle and unable to give any more nutrients to the child.

one risk i know for sure is that since the baby is fully developed, he or she could release their bowls inside the uterus/ sac which can cause the babies first breath to be dangerous for the babies health! it can cause the baby to breath in some of the fecies and can cause a sevear viral infection in the babies lungs. which can lead to death. but some other thing of that are it can cause nemonia, broncitis, any number of things wrong with the babies lungs.
