Drawing is so creative, you draw your best when you are bored? True or false and why do you feel tha

I do not draw best when I'm bored. I draw best when I feel full of inspiration from great happiness, sorrow, or anger. Extremes push me to the depths of creative expression.

I draw my best when I am inspired, which has nothing to do with my mood, per say. I am usually on such a roller coaster emotionally, I would say that most of my best work has been done unfortunately when I am depressed! But there are other times when I draw or paint when I am supremely happy. The hardest thing for me is finding the "quiet" time, when someone in my family is not calling me to cry on my shoulder....
