I always see it at the Fair, served on a stick, is it possible to make it at home?

To answer your question I need to ask a question, are you talking about cotton candy? If you are it is easy to make at home. You need confectioners sugar and cotton candy machine. The machine will spin the sugar into the thin threads. As it spins you place a stick into the center of the machine and the spun sugar will wrap around the stick.
