First you need to know if you have a weak immune system. If you catch a cold more then once a year your immune system is moderately weak. However if it's not a cold and is an allergy, this means your immune system is a little too strong, because it reacts to and fights everything. If you find your immune system is weak then Vitamin. C and Vitamin B complex (Bee Pollen is a great source of the B vitamins) Will help quickly. It could take up to 6 months to get into your system.

Personally, I'm a big supporter of five servings of fruits and vegetables per day, because that works really well for me. New evidence suggests that a lack of vitamin D is what causes increases in flu in the winter. For this reason, take vitamin D3. Otherwise, get 15 minutes of sunshine every day, so your body can make vitamin D.

Improving the immune system starts with a proper diet. It also begins with knowing what your food intolerances are. Many do not know that they are intolerant of Gluten containing foods. If you suffer from inflammation or digestive issues, cutting gluten can reduce these issues.
Fruits and veggies are very important, but one must moderate the fruits as they are higher in sugars. Veggies should be as raw as possible, and when cooked steamed lightly. Juicing is also another Great option for fruit and veggie consumption.
Cutting refined sugars and processed foods is also necessary, as these can feed pathogens in our systems.
Learning and understanding about supplements is also very important. Things like Olive Leaf Extract and Oil of Oregano, which are both natural antibiotics, are also very good for immune support. Additional things like, Elderberry, and Aged Garlic are good supplements to take.
Additionally, supporting the adrenals, so we maintain proper hormone levels, such as cortisol, is vital to regulated sleep and healing. And during the flu season, Vitamin D3 is another vital supplement.
Feeding your body as it was designed to consume is vital to overall health.
