Can I have my neighbour arrested for playing music all nights and charge him with noise pollution?

I guess that would depend on what the Law(s) are where you are located. Example: the Law(s) here in Massachusetts, we can call police after 11 pm and if it continues they will arrest them for disturbing the peace. There are certain ordinence laws in each area.
