Hi,
I am 52 and last year I got Bell's Palsy. I was told nothing caused it and it would go away on its own.... not very hopefull.
I know this has to be hard for a teen, but what can you do....
anyway, Bell's Palsy was a paralysis of the facial nervesso maybe vitamin B-12 can help. As I understand it, B-12 fortifies your nerves. Ask your Dr. or check on line the effects of B-12.
Good Luck!
Sandra
