Hi. I don't have any personal experience on oDesk yet but there's one hubber here - Sufidreamer, who has an experience in oDesk. He even wrote a hub about it. You can visit him in his hubpage and read the hub. Hope this helps.

Yep, I use it and find it to be VERY helpful. I like the way their interface works and I like the way it tracks workers so you know if somebody is a lamer.

I don't have any personal experience with oDesk but I have heard a lot about them and its all positive.
You can vote each answer up or down to show your support or disapproval. You cannot flag an answer, but if an answer receives enough down votes compared to up votes, then it will become hidden.
