Can you suggest any Hubs about drawing in water-colour pencils?

I've tried water color pencils. I was not impressed with the result when I added water. I did, however, like how the soft, speadable color was easy to work with when used dry.
My favorite color pencils of all time are Walnut Hollow Oil Color Pencils. They are soft and blendable, somewhat eraseable, and can be applied in layers. You can create some neat effects.
