My Hub was flagged for using an exchange to increase traffic. WHAT is considered an ok way to get
traffic to my hub??? Hit2Hit.com is not ok. What about visitorboost.com?????

Any and all traffic exchanges are not allowed.
If it's against Google's AdSense TOS (and all traffic exchanges are not allowed by them), it's not allowed at HubPages.

Write on a popular subject intelligently and send it to your friends or create some back links and watch the traffic happen.. but in all honesty .. it MUST be well written and on a subject people are interested in and would like to read about.... then people will flock to it :) and a good set of unique key words always helps!
