How To Plan An Awesome Motorcycle Tour -- Tips And Tricks That You Should Know
Steve Brennan says
I spent six months on a bike with my wife riding pillion. We drove Europe, mostly by the coast road and had the absolute best time ever. The first time we put up the tent I didn't know what colour it was before it came out the pack. Don't go planning - go biking! Top tip: Most of Europe takes a long nap in the early afternoon. So you can't check in at a campsite between 1pm and 4pm. Very annoying. Either park up and have a nice long lunch or keep driving. Lunch is invariably the best option here.
That's where you meet the best people - over lunch. In the end I wrote a book about some of them. It's called Shiny Side Up, a phrase most bikers will recognise. Get it on Amazon. Or don't. But keep that shiny side up will ya?
