How often do you go on a diet?
If you have recently gone on a new diet, how did you find it? Did you have any funny side effects? Or did you have a safe and fun diet journey where you lost a few pounds (and looked great)? And if you had lost your unwanted pounds from your diet, did it actually stay off?

I'd never go on a diet. I just love my food so much! I'm not over-weight either, but when I'm feeling a little sluggish and want to look better I step up the excercise and it makes me feel good.

Not very often. If I get to the high end of the healthy/recommended weight range, I diet until I get to the low end of the range. Right now I'm in the middle, but I'm planning to diet anyway. The last time was two years ago.

I lost four and a half stone and never looked back. It wasn't a diet as such, more of a lifestyle change. Diets tend not to work because we are not evolved to "diet" just eat good natural foods.
