What are a few of the best steakhouses in Las Vegas?

There are several to choose from. My wife and I ate a wonderful dinner at the Pampas grille located in the shops at Planet Hollywood. We ate the all you can eat skewer type service. Trust me the meat was tender and juicy. The price was not the cheapest but it was in my eyes worth it. http://www.pampasusa.com/

The Palm is another restaurant that I have dined at in other cities. They are pretty consistant from location to location. The Palm is located in The Forum SHops at Caesars Palace.

One that I had my eyes on to go eat is at New York New York Hotel. It is called Gallagher's Steakhouse. It is located in the lower level at New York New York. The time I went you could see the cuts of meat as you walked by the restaurant.

Now remember these are more top of the line and I know for the second two that I list reservations are recommended. You may even try that with the Pampas too. If you are looking for cheap steaks there are plenty of places in Las Vegas to get cheap steaks.
