If a women calls you in distress, and crying, then after 5 days of driving to get to her to help her, she opens the door and wonders why your there! Is she liable, and should she pay for your expensises to get back to where you started? I would like to hear from Men and Women on this Question please.

Wow! It's kind of romantic for a man to drive for five days to see a woman. But she's not responsible, he really needed to let her know he was coming, any woman could be a little shocked when they answered the door when a man who lives far away arrived un-announced.

Actually no. You made the choice to help her in what you perceived as a time of need. Hopefully, this will be a life lesson learned. If she claims not to remember why you came it's a he said she said situation.
