Why listen to Buddha? Why not use your own intuition, mind, and heart?

The teachings and messages were phenomenal and really do have the ability to open up your eyes. I believe that all of us, while on our mission of self discovery, often turn to various types of beliefs just to build a foundation and better understanding.

I personally believe that it's informative to hear all sides as your heart will typically compel you in a certain direction. There's a lot of wisdom out there to learn from, but there's even more to learn from if you just look within.

One of my favourite quotes really says it all:

"Do not seek to follow in the footsteps of the wise. Seek what they sought." ~Matsuo Basho~

Because Buddha know everything that people like us don't know, and Buddha will teach us only the good things; teach us to think good, talk good, and act good that because Buddha care and concern about us and want us to have good life and happy life, because Buddha cannot help everybody cause of their bad sins that they have made and build up on their life from past life and current life, Because Buddha cannot help everybody when they get trouble, that why he teach us to do all good kind of things and the good things or good deed we did or we have made will help us to live a good life and after death our spirit will go to heaven, and what level in heaven we will go is depend on what good deed we have made.

But if we do bad and not control our self to do only good then we will go to hell, and what level in hell we will go is depend on what bad thing we have done.

It not good to follow men but to follow oneself.

The key though is this, when you begin to search to find yourself, you would find that you desire the things that are worthless temporal and evil .

Then you must reject that very evil within you, you find your true self which is life and light and you have become a child of God.

Remember truth show you the difference between good and evil, and this Truth is also the Christ.

And the kingdom of God is within you.

Buddha would never drive an individual to follow a path not driven by their own combination of Mind, Heart, and inner knowledge.

A nd, like Meatloaf said, so poetically: "Two out of three Aint bad!"
