What is olive oil not good for? I use olive oil in almost all of my cooking, with the exception of baking (cookies, cakes) and have even used it with that. It's good for dipping bread into, drizzling on veggies, whipped into mashed potatos instead of butter, and sprinkled on fresh cut tomatos and cucumbers. Extra on your hands? Rub it in, it's great for your skin.
