i want to know how i can get my ex girlfriend back i really love her. she broke up with me cuse i didt give her 100% on are relationship and i really want help really bad what should i do?

You have answered your own question, do exactly what you know you haven't been doing . Give that 100% and then some. Would you like for her to treat you half ass. WOuld you unconditionally love her if you were second or third best to whatever is going on in her life. It amazes me how people don't realize what they have until it is gone. Just remember that just because someone loves you and puts up with you consistantly, doesnt mean that they will be that way forever. There always comes that time, that breaking point that separates them completely from U, even if it hurts. I wrote a hub about this very topic. Before anything else you need to take some time to think about your relationship and who you need to be as a man in order to be the type of person she would want. Nothing is ever set in stone and I know some people that broke up for an extended period of time (3 years) and got back together after growing up a little bit.

You should first apologize sincerely for your mistakes and tell her that you agree with her decision. Then give her some space and time to cool down and (hopefully) start to miss you and the good times you had together.

Then you have to ask yourself what you need to work on changing so that if you do get back together things will be better.

She will want to see that you are making an effort.

It's also important for you to spend some time getting out and having fun with friends. Don't sit home and mope -or worse yet constantly call or text her. You don't want to come across as needy. You want to show her the person you were when you first met her and started going out - maybe even better than before!
