Yes!! This childs life is already in disarray, needing many years of compassionate counseling and understanding parents or loved ones to take care of her.

She did nothing to provoke this, why let it continue?? Are you afraid of prison time for the family member?? How about the life sentence this poor child is going to live with....these people that do this type of thing are sick individuals and they will stop at nothing once the victim becomes desensitized by the ordeal..
