Since I live in Moscow for more than 6 years, I am fluent at Russian. I can suggest you check Amazon shop for Russian learning sets. Most of them are quite cheap. For example Penguin course, Oxford Take Off in Russian are some good examples. You can also try Pimsleur or Rosetta Stone suites. They are even more effective and interactive but expensive
