I would like to know how to stop anxiety attacks without taking medication.

I had anxiety and panic attacks so bad that I could not leave the house or drive anymore. I take medication for it, but I did use a program by Lucinda Basset called Attacking Anxiety and Depression. It teaches you how to do it without medication. You need to learn to deep breath and when you have an anxiety attack, tell yourself that it is only anxiety and it will pass. You can overcome this. I did.

I have tried everything there is. I suffer from not only anxiety but chronic migraine, neck pain and PTSD. Which only confound the issue. I have tried passion flower, Feverfew, Vitamin C, D, all the B's, magnesium and a whole lot more. Bed rest won't do it nor will giving up. Recently I started doing cardio everyday, I've increased my soy protien intake, and I take turmeric, from curry. I think the excerizing helps release chemicals because my anxiety has subsided, so too my migraines and my pain. I can't say it wil work but activity alone is good for you.
