Would like to read a hub that addresses how to get a job in the renewable energy field - if you have no engineering background.

Monica,
I know this is late, but I just came across your question today. Don't know how, but my recommendation would be to contact a local college that his courses offered in the green fields. I live near Cleveland State University and there you can now get training for many energy related jobs. They have a Green Academy. Other universities do, too. Call or write them for info. Hope this helps!
