The internal combustion engine is still the best ever.Fossil fuel use can be decreased in use.Hydrogen itself can be produced at home, or you could convert cars to water, and use the water under exhaust heat to create the mix of fossil fuel and water to run in an engine, the mix would be around 15 % of the Water this works just perfect, and will cost far less than any other devices out there. Water can be broken into Hydrogen and Oxygen, and the petrol also contains Hydrogen so the use of this would be totally low compared to the creation of Electric cars. There is almost no carbon and the exhaust emmision is 99% water again. So this could be recycled again.
