it is possible to apply Apigenine - natural flavon attack on cancer cell using some salad rich of Apigenine (parciall, paprika...). This fits if DCL1 gene is locked by hypermethylation (test for DLC could be useful), I've read recently that in esophageal cancer usualy this happens.
