In my opinion there are 9 best ways to fight fatigue.
You need to …
1. slow down by finding time to relax
2. make sure you get at least 7 ½ hours of sleep
3. drink filtered water at least ½ your body weight in ounces
4. drink 2 glasses of fresh blended vegetable juice daily
5. remove all forms of processed sugar from your diet
6. eat at least 2 tbs. of organic extra virgin coconut oil daily
7. eat wholesome food
8. get off the caffeine rush, if you drink coffee
9. walk outdoors for at least 10 minutes a day

It is a really debilitating illness and can be very hard to live with, especially if your family dont understand what is wrong with you.
