What will you do if you have 10 million dollars (or more to)to spare? Tips/guides/suggestions/ideas for future millionaires

First, I'd include family and certain friends on the ticket, so they can have a share. You can decide the amount that you wish them to have.

Second, purchase of land. It has always been my dream to buy open lots of land in certain cities and country areas, to keep them from becoming just another convenience store or eyesore, especially around here, where we have so many shopping centeres, but most are half to completely empty. Keep the land as a green space; set up a trust in those areas where the land needs regular mowing or suchlike.

Third - purchase 50-100 acres and build our home in the middle of it. I'm tired of people so close.

Otherwise, invest, fund some charities, help those who are worthy of help.

$10 million is not enough. I need at least several hundred $million, maybe even a few $billion, so I can:

* buy tracts of farmland in various locations in all continents.

* build underground shelters in each.

* stock with genetically unmodified seeds.

* stock with farm equipment and light manufacturing capability.

* hire minions -- mercenaries, farmers, machinists, engineers, medical professionals, etc. (no lawyers, politicians, preachers, priests, rabbis, gurus, community activists, etc., need apply...)

* have a fleet of LOW-tech boats and planes, so I can get to one or another when TSHTF

* stock with nubile young ladies and hunks. All atheists. Religious need not apply.

* all for now, I've got to get to work on the first "chump change" million.

Or maybe I could just buy my way into what the U.S. and other governments have already constructed for themselves under Washington DC, Denver CO, etc.

I am investing $70,000 into a London Good Delivery bar.

I am investing $2,000,000 into helping others start a business, i.e. venture capital.
