Subway breakfast omelette frequently works for me. Egg, ham, cheese, and tomatoes, lettuce, spinach, olives, onions, pickles, cucumbers. On flatbread. About $3. Make your coffee at home. But it has been many years since I've been in college

Hopefully they have a blender. I may be a little presumptuous but most do for the sake of margaritas. Anyway. Take 1 cup lowfat soy milk or if they don't like soy, then 2% or skim milk, pour in the blender, add 3 tablespoons vanilla whey protein, add whatever fruit they have. I use strawberries and bananas, or the bag or three berries (frozen), or for that matter any type of frozen fruit, add to the blender with a couple of pieces of ice and blend away.
A healthy breakfast loaded with protein. It's fast and easy and healthy too.
Trust me on the soy - I make these all the time for my boys and they are as picky as they come and they can't tell the difference with the soy:)
