Is now a good time to buy a home? Or will the housing market continue to drop?

I have brought and sold 8 homes from Port Orchard, Wa, Spokane Wa and North Carolina. No I'm not a Lic. seller but learned from the start not to use my own money and to use the banks money instead. In Port Orchard Washington my first home I brought for $12,000 and did a little work on it and then sold it for $45,000 just two years later and I did this buying and selling until I had a house that was only a year old never using my money. I have never paid no more than closing cost as a down payment and so I would say now is the best time a person will have to buy a home with very low interest rates plus a reprocess home most the time can be brought way below house value with little or no money down. Need to be careful of what house you buy and the location. I think the housing market is just about as low as it can get. Could be wrong but still a good time to buy if you're sure that you will have a job for the next year or two.
