Tips for transitioning a child from a crib to a toddler bed. My 27 month old wants nothing to do with the idea, but baby sister needs the crib.

Try putting the same design of bedding onto the bed. i.e. if you have a Mickey Mouse theme of bedding on the crib, use the same theme on the bed, It will make the transition from crib to bed a lot easier as your child will be sleeping in famaliar bedding. Same feel, same design, just a bit more room to move about in.
