That is a lot. I think it is best to take it in small steps. One tip for losing weight is not to think that you are sacrificing but that you are choosing and maybe the choice today is not to eat that double hot chocolate sundae but that it does remain a choice. I hope that makes sense.
I find that games are better than exercise for me. So, I play tennis rather than ride an exercise cycle or something like that. I find when I do those things I get bored and think I could be doing such and such but when I play tennis I have to concentrate on the ball.
