I also read a novel by Tana French, 'In The Woods'. Very suspenseful and frightening--I loved it!

I have recently become enthralled with Erik Larsen's books which are novelized non-fiction. Isaac's Storm follows the true story of the local weather man who forcast clear skies the day the hurricare hit Galveston. Devil in the White City chronicles the design and building of the Chicago World's Fair and a serial killer that dance throughout the process. Finally, Thunderstruck reveals the story of Marconi and his wireless and how the technology allowed both sides of the Atlantic to follow news of a murderer trying to escape. Excellent historical detail with riveting prose.
