I think the future of real estate in America is anybody's guess. I have been looking at investment opportunities in the US but I am unsure of how to approach it. Here in Australia, it seems as though we are managing to survive the global crisis pretty well. The 4 big banks here seems to be turning in healthy billion $ net profits.
