Anxiety is hard to deal with. I have suffered with anxiety, panic disorder and major depression. At one point, it was so bad that I could not even leave the house to check the mail for fear of having an attack. However, I am much better now. I am on medication and it took time to find the right ones. I have learned how to deep breath and tell myself that it is only anxiety when an attack comes and it goes away. It is difficult to live with this condition, but you can overcome it. When you give into the anxiety it feeds it from fear. Therefore, tell yourself that there is nothing wrong with you. If you feel "spacey", ignore that feeling. That is your brain being overloaded from the fear that you have fed it. You are releasing adrenaline and it will get worse. Just ignore it and assure yourself you are OK. A great esource I have used is www.stresscenter.com. I wish you the best and you can overcome this. I did.

Hi, if you visit: www.panicattacks-stopnow.com there's a free 60 page eBook plus audio download. I used the method in my own practice with great success and decided to write the eBook to take it to a wider audience.

It does require committment and a 'will do' frame of mind, nothing in life worth achieving comes without effort, but for those willing to follow the instructions and keep an open mind - I know my technique works, anxiety/panic was my biggest issue to eradicate with clients, this has been tried, tested and refined over the years.

The correct mindset is imperative, my technique isn't aimed at those who 'hope' it will work.or will 'give it a try', the mind is extremely powerful, where you are and what you achieve in life is ultimately down to the way that you think and consequently act.

My technique works best with those who just do it! As the old saying goes; if you 'think' you are beaten - you are, but conversley if you 'think' you are NOT beaten - you aren't - therefore if you 'think' this will work for you, it will, but if you 'think' it won't...

I've seen it work time and time again - it's available for free at the site above, I wish you well because I know the effect the condition has on people and that's why I worked hard to help clients in my practice recover, and now via this eBook the technique is more widely available. Adam Cadell

For some people, anxiety is very hard to deal with. For other, they can easily control the situation. Common prevention are: have a regular exercise. If the situation is uncontrollable, it is time to take some medication. But remember, it should only be taken if and only if the anxiety can not be controlled and should not be taken regularly.
