would really depend on your income stream,
if you work in a job you have to be in the same place everyday, then the factor would be what part of the country you live in and the cost of an apartment, verses the cost of a monthly space at a decent campground.
In la and other big cities this could make scene if you could find one within a decent commute of your job.
around the Country the monthly rate go from 200 to 1000 dollars depending on where it is at and how nice it is. so would need to look around in your area or where you want to be and make that decision.
if you make a living online or remotely then the options are fantastic, We keep a home in southwestern PA and are full time RVing , the cost of the house is less then storage and there is always a place to go if you want to.
hope it helped, if you have more questions just email me
