I am not a doctor and don't claim to be but you have alot of the symptoms that my friend had and he had to go see a doctor..however they put him on Prilosec the fourteen day treatment. It's over the counter but this would only be a temporary solution. If the symptoms continue I would definately see a doctor..

The best thing to do for reflex is see the doctor they can give you meds to help quicker and will suggest certain type of diet may take a while to feel better but in the long run you find you feel better never let something like this go it can cause many other problems as well as can be many other things your symptoms describe
You have certainly waited enough and tried everything you can it is always best if something doesn’t straighten out within 3 days to see someone

I don't know if any of your symptoms are related. Left sided abdominal pain can be intestinal. Depends where on your left abd. The pain in your throat could be from the reflux, a virus or strep. The nausea could also be coming from the reflux. If you are not getting help from antacids, you probably need to see a doctor.
