I think that miracle touch is a nice foundation retails about £11 it has quite an opaque finish but sits well and has a caliber of a more expensive brand. Revlon foundation is generally the best drugstore foundation. I don't really like loreal. Maybelline's water based foundation is around £6 and has a really nice texture it doesn't have any oil in it and doesn't cake. However if you want this to last morning to evening I suggest topping it off with a translucent powder.
