With love in the air? What is your idea of a true valentine day celebration?

I always buy flowers for my wife - Oriental Lilies and Red Roses, then I cook her a nice dinner, since restaurants are just too packed on Valentines day. I ask my son to be our waiter and we eat outside in the outdoor structure I built, next to a crackling fire in our fire pit. If it is rainy or cold we bundle up and snuggle.
