Fall Wedding Colors

In my opinion, Fall is the most beautiful time of year to get married. There is just something in the air that that makes it magical. Maybe it has something to do with the dramatic change in the season, warm colors, and upcoming holidays spent with family and friends.

Choosing Your Colors

Just because you are having an Autumn wedding doesn't mean you should use an orange and brown color scheme, although choosing warmer colors really sets the scene for this magnificent time of year.

Get yourself inspired! Look at lots of Fall Color Inspiration Boards to get some great ideas, and then add a touch of your own personality to it. The easiest way to do this is to choose a fall color palette and then throw your favorite color into the mix. So, for instance, if you just have to use pink in your wedding, then use it! But choose your other colors based on the season that will tie in nicely with it, such as pinecone brown and champagne white, and consider choosing a pink in a softer shade, such as a light creamy rose.

My personal favorite fall color palette is with the use of greyish blues, mossy greens and auburn accents. And, one of the most popular color combinations now is grey and yellow. Grey bridesmaid dresses with yellow bouquets is absolutely stunning. If you have chosen to use a bright color such as yellow or orange, it's best to keep your other colors muted.
