Start the Healing

Dealing with a broken heart is never a quick fix. It is so easy to dwell in the illusion of disconnection. This is a form of self hypnosis. Programing your focus on a single relationship, or now, lack there of. This self hypnosis ignores the truth that there are relationships all around us. Each of us even has a close relationship to ourselves. Every itch, headache, cracked knuckle, and giggle is communication of that relationship. Ultimately, it is your choice to be depressed and disconnected from joy.

"It is all your fault" We are all responsible, in some way, of creating our own environment. "But, he(or she) did this to me!" Maybe so, and you were there to allow it to happen. Please do not misinterpret this as a warning. We are not victims of life, we are active participants. As we accept responsibility for our environment we are empowered to grow and enjoy it. After all, "The only thing we can control in this world is our self."

Stand in the Place were You Live

 Think about direction wonder why you have it now. More than just R.E.M. lyrics. Take a break from your misery and think about were it is going to take you. Expand your time line to a week, month, year, five years. Were are you currently going with this path. You are worthy of more love and laughter. If you must, watch a lot of comedies. Bring your friends into the mix. The more you decide to laugh, the sooner you will be on the right path.

You have the power to create a great happy life. Welcome those that support your quest. Thank those that have hurt you for the strength you now have. Take this opportunity to open your eyes. See what you have been creating. What movies, art, pictures, news, etc. are you surrounding yourself with day by day. Watch the documentary, "What the Fuck(or blank) do We Know". It may take a couple times for some to get the material. It takes an infotainment look at quantifying positive thought.

As we are all connected and Karma is infinite I wish myself the very best.(Thus, I am wishing us all the very best.)
