How an Apple Can Be So Sexy
The apple is probably the most famous food in history from Eve to Sleeping Beauty. There is no other fruit or any other type of food for that matter that gets as much attention as the apple.
Apples are steeped in tradition and there are many examples of how apples have been used to improve romantic pursuits. Witches will use an apple for any number of love spells. An ancient Greek who wanted to propose to a woman would only have to toss her an apple. If she caught it, he knew she had accepted his offer. In Germany, during medieval times a man who ate an apple that was steeped in the perspiration of the woman he loved was very likely to succeed in the relationship.
At present there are at least 7,500 different varieties of apples. They vary in shape, color, texture, firmness, crispness, acidity, juiciness, sweetness, nutritional value, and harvesting period. They can be used in desserts, stews, main dishes, raw, in salads, the list is truly endless in regard to the opportunities for eating an apple and gaining the benefits they offer.
Keep a bowl of Red Delicious apples out for the sexy visual stimulation, or try one of literally hundreds of apple recipes to serve up to your lover. One of my favorites, this Apple Honey Shake, is the perfect pick me up after some steamy love making sessions, or serve it before to create energy for a long evening of romantic interludes.
