An average healthy 5'4" woman usually weighs around 140 to 160 pounds. The average height for a supermodel is 5'8"-5'11" and they weigh somewhere between 100-120 pounds. In order for a women of average height to be the size of a supermodel she would have to weigh about 80 pounds, which is the size of a child. Being extremely underweight can be just as hard on your body as being overweight.
What being too thin can do to your body
1. Cause irregular periods
2. Hair loss caused by the lack of nutrition.
5. Rapid Heartbeat
6. Heart Failure
7. Slows your immune system down
Why would anyone want to put their body through stuff like this, just to be thin? You only get one body and once it stops working you're done, that's it. If your body is naturally curvy stop trying to starve yourself into this unrealistic version of beauty.

Look at the statistics on eating disorders for young women today. One out of every 200 women suffers from anorexia. Three out of every 100 women suffers from bulimia. There are so many young woman killing themselves to fit some Hollywood type image of what they think is "beautiful".
Supermodels are way too thin, why kill yourself just so you can lose every curve you have on your body. Just because Hollywood and fashion think being super skinny is beautiful, does not automatically make it healthy. Look how many stars have come out and admitted to their fans about starving themselves to fit that super thin body image. Not to mention half of the pictures you see in magazines are airbrushed like a trillion times to get the models to look the way they do.
Every woman's body type is different so why starve yourself to look like anyone else. Some people have small, petite frames others have large, thick frames. Some women are tall some are short we are not meant to be carbon copies of each other. You are absolutely beautiful the way you are, love your body and the skin on it. Take care of your body give it the nourishment it needs to work properly. There is something that is so sexy about confidence. Beauty doesn't come in a certain weight, height or size. Beautiful is being healthy and happy in the skin you're in. Learn to accept your flaws and make them work for you.
