Happy Birthday Friend - What to write on a Birthday Card - Funny Poems

Free Birthday eCard - with one of Birthday Wishes / Poems below

Try being Senseless.

Is it necessary that each birthday message has some meaning? Aren't deep meanings a little heavy at times? It's like you're assigning a task of deciphering birthday message's to the birthday guy/gal.

Sometimes, it is good to have light weighted birthday wishes too. This hub contains some funny, lightweight, in fact a little nonsensical birthday poems - or funny rhyming lines for birthday greetings.

Birthday Wish with a Failed Attempt to Rhyme

A failed attempt to rhyme might not make much sense, but it can be quite humorous.

Roses are red, earth is brown,

The color of the sky is blue,

My dear, all I wanna say,

Is very happy b'day to you...

Another Funny Birthday Wish - Come on, accept the failure!

Your witty acceptance of failure inside the birthday message itself will definitely bring a smile on birthday guy/gal's face.

In the morning today, I saw a nice poppy,

But still I don't know from what should I copy,

A message which gives me creativity's hat,

So I'm saying happy birthday just like that!

Non-Sensical Birthday Messages

You can design your cards on your own, or send one of these for free!

Birthday Poem criticizing yourself - When mere acceptance is not enough!

Go beyond acceptance! Criticise yourself. One who can laugh on oneself deserves the credit to create the humour.

Sky is far away and trees are very near,

You are one of those who are very dear,

I know I'm a noncreative idiot moron,

Wanna say Happy birthday, just rock on!

Another Senseless Funny Birthday Wish - Time to excuse yourself

Just make fun of your attempt and an excuse too - you're getting late, and your date is punching you. OUCH!

I'm sitting since long on my creative couch,

Thinking so hard, still no ideas and ouch!

I just was punched as I'm getting late,

Hey happy birthday, gotta go on a date!

Express yourself - no sensibility required!

Aren't preaching birthday eCards boring?

Ok, so a quirky, march to the beat of our own drummer kind of B'day greeting can work . If you love to laugh and know someone who will have fun with the humor (and I do), this can be fun

thanks for sharing. Angels are on the way to you :) ps

I almost always add a little humor to the bday card greetings I send. But of course, it pays to think about the personality of the person who's celebrating. Some humor may not be acceptable for some people.

Adding humor requires creativity, brings smile and off course, it's fun. But yeah, not everyone would share your school of thought - and there is often a fine line between humor and cheap/offensive stuff - perception plays an important part in drawing of this line.

But normally making fun of yourself should be okay - unless the other person starts taking offense in that too - being, may be, too close to you. :) Just kidding. So that's why, in these messages too, I've made fun of the sender or his/her attempts instead of receiver. :)

Thanks for stopping by and commenting, and thanks for 'multi liner' comment too ;)

@pstraubie48 I just realized, that in the above long generic comment, I did not specifically thank you :) So thanks for commenting. And for sending the angels my way too :D
