Pink Stupid Girls
If you have never listened to the highly charged lyrics of the artist Pink singing the song Stupid Girls you are missing a treat. There is nothing better than to ask the questions we don’t ask anymore.
“Stupid girl, stupid girls, stupid girls
Maybe if I act like that, that guy will call me back
Porno Paparazzi girl, I don't wanna be a stupid girl
Go to Fred Segal, you'll find them there
Laughing loud so all the little people stare
Looking for a daddy to pay for the champagne
(Drop a name)
What happened to the dreams of a girl president
She's dancing in the video next to 50 Cent
They travel in packs of two or three
With their itsy bitsy doggies and their teeny-weeny tees
Where, oh where, have the smart people gone?
Oh where, oh where could they be?”
Why do all the women on television appear to dress like super prostitutes; boardroom, office, real-estate deals, and professional events every outfit says ignore my brain I am a piece of meat.
Why is stupid becoming popular?
When do adult women run from man to man trying to “get paid” like that is an honorable profession?
It frightens me to see women set such poor examples for future generations. You never want to live your life completely dependent on another person. I think the economy over the past decade how shown up how important it is to partner with someone who has something to offer in life. Anyone can read a book, read a business magazine, and participate in activities that educate your mind.
This younger generation seems to focus on so much on materials and looks without substance. It is a shallow existence unlike anything witnessed in the history of America. It is my hope that there are less Stupid Girls and more Well Rounded Women of Substance.
