Replacing Love for One with Love for All

The Universe Feels all Emotions, Like Love

The last great love is of the universe
The last great love is of the universe

Remembering that lost love

An Old Man Replaces Love for One with Love for All

He still has illusions, plans and schemes -
hope never dies in man it seems.
He still salutes each sunshot day,
and waits for joy to come his way.

He'll still chase rainbows to the end;
he's still loyal to a friend.
He likes a laugh, though now they're few.
He sits and thinks a lot of you.

He loved too many; loved and lost.
It's impossible to count the cost.
Now a scarred and grizzled bear.
with yellowed teeth and graying hair.

So when he leaves us, who will say?
"It's a shame he had to go this way"
There was never much inside his purse,
but he truly loved this universe.

Beautiful sentiments, beautifully expressed. (imho)

Cheers Bob, from one old greying guy to another.

Love has no boundaries or limitations. Love is everywhere around us, and part of our everyday's life. We just need to grasp it and hold it, breathe it, hold it close to us. It comes in so many forms. Love is a gift that comes from a higher source. It's never lost.
