Love Doesn't Die; Don't Let It Dim
We are not alone in this planet, so we have to coexist with others; and to coexist, we need to love them.
Is love an emotion, a feeling, actions of compassion, good deeds, mercy or altruism? Does it come from the heart, brain, spirit or soul? Whatever it is, or from where it comes; when you have love, actions are seen. Love can not be seen, unless it is materialized...God gave us the example of love when He sent His Son to die for our sins and Christ as man gave His life for us.
Love is a journey...a path that makes you feel you are walking toward the moon. The earth is populated because of love (even when there are people out there somewhere which were born unwanted by their parents). Two get together and another is born; that is math 1+1=2; and not necessarily a baby will come, but two flesh made in one (such a wonderful mystery). It requires love from a man to be responsible enough knowing that from the pleasure he receives from a woman a human will start growing inside a womb. The same love is required to accept that human and be responsible helping with the growth (it is not about from whom that human arrived in the womb). It also requires love to take care of our own bodies in spite of by who it came from; or the condition that it is.
Love doesn't die
Think of what makes or made you feel walking toward the moon when love surrounded. Those times when the first thing you wanted to know about is the subject of your last daily thought and who occupied or occupies dreams. When knees get weak by knowing that the person will be seen. How wonderful those first kisses, the passion that involved the simple task of holding hands. I wonder if it is routine, or personal expectations that interfere; that "something" happens and all the romance disappears. Love is not about romance and once it is within, love doesn't die; don't let it dim.
The Bible has all the answers for everything. In 1 Corinthians 13 you will find the results for the relation between God, marriage, children, co workers, neighbors, friends, parents, and with every living creature...because LOVE is the answer.
Love's True Actions
An email of a true friend, named Mac whom we met in Stumble Upon. He has been in touch with us and sent this wonderful blessing; a blessing that can bless not only marriage but every relation. I share it praying it becomes your blessing also. The secret is in the blessing and the blessing is by God...for then...with God, we will be able to expand our actions of love.
A Marriage Blessing
Bless this marriage, as Maria and Greg begin their journey down the road of life together. May they respect each other's likes and dislikes, opinions and beliefs, hopes and dreams, and fears even though they may not always understand each other.
May they rest in the knowledge that no matter what happens by holding on to each other things will work out for the best.
Most of all, dear God, help them to keep the torch of love burning with the fire that they now share in their hearts.
