What to do, when someone BLAMES you.

We are not here to BLAME.

When you point one finger to other, always remember the other FOUR is pointing towards you.
When you point one finger to other, always remember the other FOUR is pointing towards you.

Do not blame me because it will hurt you.

What do we usually do when someone blames us..?? Naturally we will blame them back or will set up some resistance inside us. But do you know, when some one blames you, they actually take away some negative energy from us.

So when someone blames us and we resist them, (even if we don't react externally) we are not allowing them to take our negative energy and welcoming their negative energy. Just take a look; what we feel when someone blames us..?? We feel some heaviness, we feel hurt, unhappy or sad. Actually it happens because we are resisting. That is it: What we resist persists.

On the other hand, if we don't resist and letting our negative energy to go, we will feel immediately lighter. Actually because of our ignorance we make our life more heavier.

Look, in this matter an ignorant person will say, Do not blame me because it will hurt me. They warn you not to blame them because it will hurt them and they will do something harmful to you in revenge. But a person having this awareness will say, " Do not blame me because it will hurt you." They say this out of compassion.

So next time, when someone blames you, don't try to resist his/her words instead of that, warn him/her; Dear friend, please don't blame me, because it is going to hurt you...!!! Always remember this great words, " Nobody can make you unhappy without your concern." So whenever you feel unhappy or hurt, remember it is only because of you.

Make your life more lighter with more awareness. God Bless.
